Welcome Reception - Tuesday 

We invite delegates and their guests to attend the Welcome Reception to be held at the Glade Pavilion from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm on Tuesday, 26 September 2023. Canapes and beverages are served for two hours from 5.30 pm. Tickets are essential. There is no charge for delegates and partner tickets can be purchased at the time of registration.  The dress code is casual. 

Meeting Dinner - Wednesday 

We invite delegates and their guests to attend the Meeting Dinner on Wednesday, 27 September 2023.  The dinner will be held at the Sheraton Poolside Gazebo & Freshwater Island from 6.30 pm for four hours. A deluxe BBQ buffet dinner and beverages will be served. Tickets can be purchased at the time of registration.  The dress code is smart casual attire.

The Sprakkar Dinner - all about Extraordinary Women - Thursday 

We invite all delegates and partners, and sponsors and exhibitors, to attend the “The Sprakkar Dinner - all about Extraordinary Women”.  The venue and time is:

The cost per person is $200 and medical students, residents and registrars are very welcome and will be subsidised with sponsorship from neurosurgeons.
