The official accommodation partner for the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting is Ozaccom. Special Meeting room rates for delegates have been arranged with the Sheraton, and other accommodation providers in Port Douglas, and is available to book by clicking the Book Accommodation button or through the accommodation link in the Registration form. Guests will need to supply a credit card at time of booking to make a reservation. Depending on the rate chosen, the credit card supplied may be charged by the hotel.

**Event Rates require a credit card at time of booking, and it is at the discretion of the hotel as to whether a deposit is charged prior to arrival.
**Alternative Online Rates require a credit card at time of booking which may be charged in full subject to the terms & conditions of the rate chosen.
